Shipping policy

All of our items are hand made products. Therefore, each one is made to order. The estimated standard processing, shipping and delivery time for all custom and pre-order items is about 3-4 weeks. 

Express Shipping takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
By completing an order and making a payment, you are implying that you are satisfied with the estimated shipping and delivery time. Once your order is shipped and is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number from me via email.

Once your item has been shipped by USPS, it is completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or any lost/stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS.
