OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All of our items are hand made products. Therefore, each one is made to order. The estimated standard processing, shipping and delivery time for most custom and pre-order items is about 3-4 weeks. 

Any item that states "Ships from China", will have longer production and shipping times. Therefore, these specific items can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. 

Express Shipping takes about 2 weeks to arrive.


By completing an order and making a payment, you are implying that you are satisfied with the estimated shipping and delivery time. Once your order is shipped and is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number from me via email.

Once your item has been shipped by USPS, it is completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or any lost/stolen packages. To avoid these unfortunate issues, add "Shipping Insurance" to your order before checking out!

OUR RETURN POLICY

My SZN Accessories does NOT accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Due to the fact that your order is custom made, it will not be refunded once the order has been placed. All items are final sale.

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to report any broken/missing items in your package. If you fail to do so within that time frame, there is nothing that we can do.

We are also not responsible for the replacement of items that did not arrive broken, and instead were broken by the customer.
